In October, we will begin weekly meetings to welcome those who are interested in coming into the Catholic Church through the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA).

During October, our meetings will be the period of inquiry. OCIA Meetings will take place on Wednesday evenings. October 7, 14, 21, & 28 from 6:00 - 6:45 pm in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall. This period of inquiry includes:

• The first step of the OCIA journey of faith (helps the inquirer discover what it is he or she is seeking)
• A time of sharing stories of Scripture
• A time of sharing personal stories
• A time of asking questions
• A time of initial conversion (creates a hunger for liturgy; lasts as long as each individual inquirer needs - a period of no fixed duration).

For information contact DRE Celina Fisher or the parish office.
