Miss Kansas Luncheon 2019

The Women of Sacred Heart were again asked to host and prepare a noon luncheon for the Miss Kansas Contestants during pageant week.   The luncheon was held in the school cafeteria under the coordination of Kim Evert, WSH chairperson.  A big thank you to all those who helped.

Thanksgiving Dinner 2011

The annual Thanksgiving Dinner held on November 13th served approximately 450 dinners.  Our youth delivered 96 mieals and another 50 were carried out by those who wished to enjoy the meal in their own home.  The floor plan was re-arranged to allow more room for the raffle, ticket sales, and the country store.  Chairpersons and volunteers did a tremendous job planning, preparing and serving.  Thank you to our youth and others who volunteered their time in those areas that needed extra help.  A big thank you to the men of the parish who helped cut turkey, set up tables, food preparation and clean up.  The money raised will be used to carry out the various charity and service projects that were budgeted for this year.   By: Rita Hitt.
